OK I post the first pic its not really a coop its more of a pen where I keep my pheasants and turkeys. Its 150'Wx350'Lx14'H half of the pen is 4'-5' tall switch grass for the pheasants to hide in and the other half is alfalfa for the birds to graze in. one fall pic and one winter pic. Now lets see yours.

Looking thruogh some of my pictures I'm realizing that I really don't have any good pictures of the pen in the summer or with any turkeys. But I did find a pic or two of close ups of our pheasants where you can see the pen in the back (hope you don't mind pheasant pics in a turkey tread). Someone remind me this summer to take some pics for ya it really looks nice when its green inside and the birds are chasing bugs.

I don't know how you manage that large of a pen! How many birds are in there?

So I am thinking that you let them make their nests and raise their young in there?

Do you have predator problems with it? Obviously not hawks but rather wolves, coyotes, foxes or such?

I don't know how you manage that large of a pen! How many birds are in there? not that hard to manage they have alot of grass, alfalfa, and bugs to eat that saves on feed bill. at the peak of our season 2000-2500

So I am thinking that you let them make their nests and raise their young in there? No we seperate each breed into 50'x50 breeder pens and collect eggs everyday for the incubator.

I separate them during breeding season but keep them together to grow out. Never really had a problem with them fighting, The pheasants have peepers on them and have plenty of room to hide in the grass
