Well, semi educated guess (lol) I'd say polled if these are the ones born Feb 16. They can stil have "bumps" that cause the hair to grow up kinda funky. Post number 6 on this page is the best comparison I could find of polled and not polled heads, but those are new born kids. Another thing to check... if the "horns" feel pointy, then they are just incredibly slow growing them out. If they feel rounded, they are polled. The fact you can't move the skin across them has me confused though.
Do you remember what their little heads looked like as newborns?

I'm pretty sure they are polled then. They are just way too old to not be providing more signs of horns.

One of there dad was that's my 6 month old one but the 2 lil females both there mom n dad had horns but the dad had like soft looking horns n had others kids moms that had horns n the kids was born with none
