My first eggs arrived today (3-5-12)...my last eggs ordered should arrive by 3-9-12. Should the eggs I received today rest for the 4 day wait or should I turn them 3-4 times a day? I've heard conflicting ideas. I've wrapped them in plastic wrap & they're sitting in an egg carton in my husband's shop (56-58 degrees). I'd thought I'd need to run out there 3-4 times a day to tilt the carton but now I'm wondering if it is best just to leave them alone.
