Letting eggs rest or set?

Once my shipped eggs arrive how long should they rest for? Where should I put them while they rest? Should they be in the turner?

Hello, From What I Have Read You Should Let Them Set 8 To 12 Hrs Then Put Them In The Turner This Lets Them Settle.Dont Let Them Get To Chilled.I Hope This Helps.

Do you just keep them in an egg carton? Do they need to be turned while they are setting?

Yes You Can Leave Them In The Carton And No You Dont Have To Turn Them. I Just Pulled Up Some Web Sites And This Is What All Of Them Said To Do Good Luck.

Yes, just leave them on the carton with the pointy side at the bottom. No turning. Goodluck on your hatch.
