Well I did the spritsing, and took a closer look. The pip seems the same. The chick very loudly chirped, and yes I did answer, hoping it will encourage it out

I think the spritzing is a good thing, hopefully he isn't haven't trouble breaking out. But things do sound normal so far to me.

I really want this little one (and all little ones) to make it! I'm so relieved to hear everything sounds good. As Wind predicted, tonight might not be a very productive night sleep-wise to me
