But... it was a list of recomendations...
It's always best to have options so you can pick out what you can practically add into your diet
Sorry it just looked like a Google search list of high fiber foods.
The reason I said recommendations is i was hoping someone could add their favorite high fiber foods.
Again sorry

Oh I bet!
Doesn't seem terribly balanced though 😕
I cant imagine life without beans or lentils... or sweet potatoes.
A variety of food is always more healthy for the body, I'm sure fruit alone would create a huge nutritional deficiency. I have such a sweet tooth though, fruit always sounds good. Well, maybe coffee and bacon too.... 🤔 🤣

So question (I don't feel like starting another thread)
If I had a very light fabric and sewed feathers across it as a cover, do we think it would keep one warm (because of the overlapping top layer of feathers) or cool (because instead of fluffy down, it's a light fabric under the feathers)

Feathers are incredibly warm. I've picked them up on a cold snowy day, my hands are freezing and the feather feels as if it's got a tiny heater attached. 🤣 So I would imagine if you attached many feathers to cloth, it would definitely insulate out the cold. Sewing them on by hand would be incredibly labor intensive, maybe a hot glue gun would work better?

I think it would depend on the feathers and what you are making

Thankfully it's just for in my book, sadly no such thing as glue guns there, just people willing to pay for the labor
