At what day are the quitting?

I started with 9 eggs and then day 20, 3 quit.
I just lost 2 today.
The last 4 are still going

Usually if they quit late or right after internally pipping, it's a humidity or ventilation issue. So not enough humidity and venting isn't adequate enough.

What is your humidity running at, temp too? Are your vents wide open?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good thermometer and hygrometer for Electric Lady? Last time I only had the ones built into the incubator itself, but I want to make sure there are no faults when it comes to temperature and humidity this time, especially since I'll be hatching a much more "fragile" breed

I'm not sure what you have access to in your country, however here is a link to the best rated meters as of recent. I have only used the Accurite brand, it's only rated #6 on this link, but it's always been spot on for me. I am sure most of them are quality and should be calibrated correctly.

Temp is currently 99.5F and humidity is at 68%

Lots of great meters on that link, I like the first one listed and may purchase it in the future.

If you have any Poultry suppliers locally or somewhere you can order from, maybe they carry something too.

Ha! I was wrong! The link is for amazon UK! The second-best rated looks promising, and says the product ships to Greece (the one you use doesn't seem to). I don't love the fact that it's Fahrenheit, but I won't complain over it too much
