Yeah bad weather is the pits.
I was thinking about what you said yesterday... not knowing who you really are yet.
And I realized I had so many Memories of negative experiences of other people’s “queerness” that I’ve been scared to really figure it out for myself.
Anyway...we’re here for you

My family is really accepting, (well, immediate family), but its still hard on myself trying to figure out what all my feelings mean. I am so hard on myself, I need to simply knock that off and just live. Sigh

Our duck eggs are selling pretty well. I'm actually surprised that I've been able to sell them. My returning customers will be picking up another dozen tomorrow

Lol. My favorite cat has lost most of his brain cells running into our glass door trying to get the birds/squirrels/rats that casually munch on stuff outside. The wildlife is clearly far smarter than my cat as they all know he can't get them. After thousands of times my cat slams face first into the door convinced this will be the time!

One of those hawks from yesterday decided to come back. Luckily I was out there so I was able to fight it off. It did have a hen pinned but because I reacted in time, she only has a few missing feathers some tiny cuts that I treated. She's currently sitting in our temporary cage in the fark garage. The most crazy thing was that one of our older hens actually charged towards it at the same time as me
Everyone else is locked up and our dogs are outside

After a winter's worth of trial and error, it turns out my ladies prefer the cheapest recipe I could find. I never thought about putting it in a bucket or pan like the photo above; I was hanging them with string. The bucket is a great idea! TY for posting that photo!
