Same reason there's a Jesus/Christian community, and a Gardener Community, and a Bakers community - to find like-minded people with whom you maybe have shared experiences. No one here is segregating.

There's half a million people using this forum to connect with others from around the world - most of whom have chickens, but there's ducks, rabbits, horses, goats, turkeys, guineas, gardening, baking, drawing, cooking, movies, gamers, Jesus lovers, and THOUSANDS of other sub-groups. Are you planning to comment on each of them to share your opinion on "segregation"?

I'm an atheist, but I would never comment in one of the Christian threads to tell them my opinion about it. I just ignore it. You can ignore the stuff you don't like/understand. I hope you find peace with your discomfort.

I get your point, however, you are not correct...I have not discomfort. I just feel as though "groups" that are personal, often bring about the things we don't want. Thank you.

It doesn't matter if you are male, female, gay, lesbian, straight, white, black, etc...you get the idea, I would say this about any group that wanted to segregate....if you love chickens; we are all the same.

Well, if you're going to have an accident, a parking lot is probably the best place to have it (presumably everyone is driving pretty slowly...). Glad everyone is OK!

I honestly thought he was letting me through so I went but next time someone slows down, I'll just wait.
