BTW I found out, you can seed a very old bag of dried split peas and it will grow. Did that last summer cleaning out the pantry.

Interesting! I knew you could with lentils, but I thought the splitting process would make the peas unviable. This is good to know, I have some!

I have to admit my planting method is on the lazy side but quick. When I have seeds I just drop them on the ground and dust some dirt over them and hope for the best. And when I have grass seeds I just throw them in the direction where grass would look nice and walk away. So far so good. Lol

Kinda how ill be until I move. Kinda just seeing what absolutely doesn't work and what somewhat works. So far, if you keep them in a damp paper towel, apple seeds sprout, but starfruit has yet to sprout that way or just in water.

I have a trio of blue Swedish and 2 pekins coming, as well as 8 mystery ducklings. Anyone want to guess what they're going to be? Here's the options:

Rouen (really hoping for one)
