LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

My Phoenix are maturing or developing quite nicely. Now I'm pondering if they crow all day? Anyone have any input on this?

I have 2 silver and 1 goldwing the other 3 are goldwing pullets. I'm praying there not bantam size.
Mine get really talkative when they have to compete with other cockerels. But most mellow out after a few months old.
You wouldn't keep a beautiful rooster even though he might be aggressive?
I would not. Don't have the patience to constantly be attacked for caring for the bird. Not my fault he's too stupid to realize I'm not competition or a threat

I'm going to attempt to keep the 3 Phoenix cockerel for my experiment. But if they can't behave I'll have to keep just one.
So far, I have never had a human aggressive pheonix male period, including when their nuts are bigger than their head. Two that were incompatible with my flocks, but not too badly in that regard either.

OK that's what I'll probably end up doing! If it weren't for your input he would've been gone sooner. The crazy thing is, he's 2 years old and I didn't expect him to start acting up this late. I also wanted a little feistyness in the line because the main purpose of the is to be a good free range bird, and being a little aggressive helps. The hens were the perfect amount, the rooster was dumb enough to view me as a threat as well. Kolovos's time here was limited from the beginning since his color is off-standard, now he's got one more thing going for him. Oh well what can one do, I will have to select very very carefully from the offspring

Perhaps his hormones are acting up? It is that time of year

Then again, I know nothing about roosters lol.

It definitely could be, but that doesn't explain the fact that he didn't do this last year, and usually the younger they are, the dumber they are, and the more hormone stricken they are
