If you're talking about the scenes I think you are, they were shown last Halloween at a party me and a friend went to. It was PURGATORY themed

The networks are trying to be 'inclusive'. Honestly though, sometimes they just overdo it. Or do it completely wrong.

When I was (much) younger, they did this with people of color. Took awhile, but eventually they stopped having that be for shock value (the first interracial kiss was Kirk kissing Uhura on the original Star Trek; BIG controversy!) or as a gag line. But for a long time, a lot of roles for people of color were the stereotypical maid/butler thing.

Another "inclusivity" was anyone with some kind of disability. The show "Ironside" was about a detective who was in a wheelchair. It was just another detective show, but that made it different.

We are getting there, slowly. Thanks to the speed of technology and the internet, it is going faster this time. Still a bumpy road, though. The viewing public can force some of the change by watching/not watching certain shows.

Did you know that the first black artist on MTV was Michael Jackson with Billy Jean? And the record company had to threaten the network with pulling all their WHITE artists if they didn't allow it to be shown?

On another note, I started rewatching Eureka. Damn that was a good show! I only have season one though...

I love how my bank has to take so long accepting the money. ESD status says paid so I'm not sure what my bank is doing.
I always submit claims on Sunday and it's always deposited on Wednesdays at 9am when the bank opens.
Kind of sucks as I was really excited to buy a birthday cake for my dad. I did have enough quarters on me to buy a birthday card from for him at least.

Not sure if I mentioned it before but I had gotten Cayuga eggs to hatch out. They are expected to hatch May 11th.
I bought 12 but today I tossed out 3 as they never developed
