Dang, y'all know your crystals

I was given some, as a child by a family friend, no clue what they were but I thought they looked pretty. My dad told me to throw them away.... because they were "dodgy" and "spiritual".
Lol. I kept my favourites. No clue where they are now though.....

I've been doing crystals for years Absolutely love them. I also do herbal medicine.

Totally ignorant question... what do crystals do, or maybe I should ask, how do they work? I only know them as "pretty."

Crystals, depending on their properties, contain earth energies. They can affect our own energies, whether it be emotional or physical. Some are better at certain things than others.

They can also absorb negative energies and offer protection that way.
