Went to Wilco to get more $1 chicks and found out from my friend Kam that my friend Tiana, who I haven't been able to contact, may have moved recently.

Funny story, I was once given some old seeds from our planting stuff, lost the label so didn't know what they were.
I planted them. Only one grew, or at least I thought it grew. I watered it, and after a while it grew berries. We weren't sure what it was but thought it looked edible enough! Looked like blackcurrants.

Glad we checked before trying them, it was deadly nightshade.

Not a parent, absolutely not with these plants. I'd accidentally poison myself within a week.

But it's giving me lots of ideas for my stories in terms of assassination attempts

I just found out we had a nightshade variety at both the houses I grew up in as a small child. Played with those berries every day during the summer (apparently they made great make-believe pokeballs) and never knew they were poisonous. Pretty sure I licked at least one
