Cruella and her brood will spend another night on the nest, it seems, but I have seen all three of her babies using the log throughout the day! Brooder babies will spend their first night sleeping on top of the brooder plate tonight!

The brooder babies actually slept outside of the heat plate for the first three or five days, then decided they liked the heat at night. I'm sure Cruella appreciates the goodnight wishes

Being that you are brooding them outside, even with heat, they will no doubt toughen up much faster than those brooded indoors. That's great!

Cruella can have as many good wishes as she needs from me, I have grown quite attached to her from here! Such a sweetheart broody she is.

I believe so too. What amazes me is that the brooder babies are more feathered out than the broody babies! I'm glad you've loved Cruella throughout this story/ordeal, I bet it's enjoyable to love her without getting pecked
