They also play dead when they feel threatened. It's so silly watching them. You'll turn them right side up and the 'dead' snake will rearrange itself back to dead lookingMaybe this is the way I should go? I do like their little noses. ❤

Aww.... sounds like a fun snake! I am going to do some research and see if I can't maybe find one locally. They also play dead when they feel threatened. It's so silly watching them. You'll turn them right side up and the 'dead' snake will rearrange itself back to dead looking
Check out reptile expos. Still have to make sure that they're good lines and breeders, but you can talk to them in person and see the snake in person. Plus sometimes they're not nearly as expensiveAww.... sounds like a fun snake! I am going to do some research and see if I can't maybe find one locally.
NERD has monitors, regular and albino. I think they're water monitors thoughFrilled lizards are awesome. Personally my dream reptile is a tree monitor. That, and false chameleons. Maybe uromastyx too. I think my first reptile would be some type of new Caledonian gecko
Oh! That does remind me, they are considered venomous, but it's a modified saliva and not venom like a cobra has.

That's how I've heard it mentioned. They're also rear fanged venomous (I think that'show you say it), so it's super hard to ACTUALLY insert venom into a human. Even if they do, unless you're allergic to snake venom, it's not lethal or dangerous at all
