LGBTQ+ Poultry Keepers

Very interesting, I had no idea! I need a sun room now, I'm starting to get more dedicated to keeping succulents. My south facing window is small and just not good enough for growing plants. 😕

A sun room would be amazing! I need to come up with something for the winter months, so the succulents don't get rained on every time it snows

Yours are outdoor plants? I used to have a greenhouse but it eventually dried out and the panels crumbled. My cacti and succulents loved it in there! Too cold here this time of year to be outside so the back bedroom south window is all they have.

Yes, outdoor plants year round! I would like to be a little more organised, because I've got random pots sitting everywhere. At least I tend to keep all the similar species bunched up

How many plants do you have? Does anything outside eat them? The squirrels will feast on mine if I don't protect them.

It's definitely something! My big Haworthia produces 20-30 maybe 40 plantlets once or twice a year. No matter how many I replant, she keeps on giving!
Wow!! I have one of those plants too, I believe you identified it for me cause I had know idea what it is. :D Mine has 3 other sides or plantlets? How do you separate them off without hurting the plant? Mine has had these for years now.

Photos:pop? If they're been on for years, they've probably grown roots already. I find the base, where they are connected to the mother plant and pick them off by hand. Very easy to do. The mother plant does get leggy over time, so every two years or so what I'm going to do is bury that part into the soil
