Chicken critters…

I am new to chicken ownership and have just found some creepy crawly critters on some of my hens. They are white creamy looking and about 2-3mm in size. I found them on 3 out of 11 hens around the vent area. I have checked and there are at least 3 hens that don’t have any.

Firstly are they poultry lice? Or mites? I’m not sure of the difference. And secondly the best way to treat it including the coop as well.
Most hens are friendly and allow me to pick them up, there are about 3 hens that are a bit skittish that I would have to wait until they roost for me to grab them.
Should I treat all or just the ones with them.

I work weekdays so if the task is big I will have to wait until the weekend. I hope that’s ok.

Thank you in advance.
Pic is not my chicken it’s just a pic I found online that shows the type of creepy crawlys I found.

Yes I can. Should I do all hens? And the coop as well?
I also have ivermectin but not sure if that would be excessive treatment for lice.
