Found these eggs cemented on the base of my chickens feathers. My mom says they are fly eggs but I looked at pictures of lice eggs and I think they resemble them. Does anyone know what these are, and how I deal with them? I cut out the big chunks of them and dusted her with Diatomaceous Earth. I don’t know what else to do because I don’t know what they are. The purple is just blukote from the chickens head injury.

Lice eggs. DE won't do a thing. Some people will disagree with me on DE but it's just my opinion from my experiences. Most insecticides won't touch the pests eggs. I use permethrin. I spray the birds weekly for 3 or 4 weeks to kill the lice eggs as they hatch out and use poultry dust in the nest boxes. One benefit with permethrin is that there is no egg withdrawal period. Good luck...

I agree with your Mother. Looks like Fly Eggs to me.
You mention Injury! Does she have any other injuries on her body, underneath her?

Inspect her really well. Around her vent (is her vent poopy?), underneath her, her wounds - you don't want maggots hatching out and getting in her wounds or anywhere on her.
Wash them off or cut them off. Drown them, get rid of them.

You can use Swat Gel around and in the wound (read the label on the package!) to help get rid of them.

Good clear photos of the wounds and details how you are treating them would be good.
Keep your bird where flies can't get on her.
