My rooster has been lethargic for days and I just noticed tiny white bugs on his face. He can barely stay awake and is not doing well at all. What can I give him to save him??

You need to get the bugs off, they're likely making him anemic. Typically a bath would help at least short term, but if he's lethargic, I'd be too nervous about it shocking him. Give him some egg yolk and dust him with some Permythrin dust, as well as his coop, making sure to take all the bedding out. I just sprayed him with poultry protector and wiped his face with it and I see less moving around. But he’s still not doing wellYou need to get the bugs off, they're likely making him anemic. Spray the rest of the birds and clean out the coop. He isn't going to bounce back immediately, he basically has been donating blood and needs a chance to replace what rhe bugs have takenI just sprayed him with poultry protector and wiped his face with it and I see less moving around.
