Lice? Mites? What are these?

I'm new here!

I've had my girls for about a year now and often come to this site for answers to many questions. Now I have a question that I cannot find an answer to anywhere! My broody/mama hen has bugs all over her. They don't look like mites but I also read that it's hard to see lice on white chickens. So what could these be? And how would I get rid of them? I'm also worried she may have given them to her four adopted babies. What do I do?
