I'm 80% sure on of my girls has chicken lice. I've seen little creamy bugs on her back end, and little white clumps of eggs on the base of her tail feathers. I have some pesticide from the feed store, they said it would kill the buggers. I'm not sure of the name (it's in the garage and I'm getting ready for bed).

What else do I need to do?

You need to get rid of(burn) all of the bedding and nesting materials and replace with new. Also dust the coop and nest boxes.
Good luck to you!

We did that a few nights ago. Maybe Friday night? Thursday? I don't remember....What about dusting the birds or worming them? I've never wormed them before. Wazine?

I'm sorry I didn't answer your question-yes you can dust your birds, just avoid their heads.
You really don't need to worm them(it won't help the bug issue) UNLESS you think they have worms. If you need to worm them, yes, Wazine is what a lot f folks use for birds.

Is dusting them once enough? If a repeat is necessary, when should that be done?

I saw them little bugs, we are getting dust and masks today. Ick. Gives me cooties just thinking about it. lol.
