Lies Spread Quickly RP

Ashanti had just left her home, walking along the gravel pathways. She didn't see many people around, so as she strutted around carelessly, Ashanti took it upon herself to drift over to some windows and peek inside to see what belongings some of the villagers possessed. As she looked from house to house, she wasn't all too pleased. Not many people had prized possessions these days.

Aphoryllo landed in front of her in an alley, and transformed. He smirked, and asked "Are you a fellow pick pocketer?"

Ashanti put her hands on her hips, looking at Aphoryllo suspiciously. She wasn't sure whether or not he wanted to know to turn her in, but either way, she didn't trust him.
"Well, that depends. Because no professional criminal would admit to any sort of crime." She stated simply.

Aphoryllo chuckled "Well, isn't that right. I should've remembered that when the police came for me." He pretended to shudder, then continued "Jail wasn't too fun." Aphoryllo smiled, then continued "Anyhow. I came to ask if you wanted to attend a Vepsen meeting tonight, it's in the back of Burton's Bar." (Made a little Vepsen action, maybe the two get assigned to hunt down some Ulven. Just an idea, tell me if you don't like that.)

Ashanti thought for a few moments, before smiling slightly and nodding.
"Heck yeah. I haven't been doing much action with the Vepsen side for a while. It's time to actually do something." She replied rather enthusiastically. She was pretty open about her side of the war, because she knew how to get out of an unfortunate situation. And most people wouldn't openly come out about their political opinions to attack her.

Aphoryllo smiled back, and said "Sounds good. I'll be glad to see you tonight!" Before he transformed and left, he quickly asked "Are you a Navanet too?"

Tess tried to help Greymane flank the elk, snapping at its heels. At last, it darted away from the woods, and the chase was on! Tess stretched her legs, streaming after the elk.

Greymane streaked to the other side of the elk, forcing it to go straight. Greymane closed in as the elk panted wild eyed. Getting next to the elk, he made a move for the throat, attempting to tear it out.

Tess watched as Greymane jumped at the elk. She too leaped for the animal, and together, they brought it down. Panting, Tess laid down next to the elk, to rest her legs. She yipped happily at Greymane.

"Yep, sure, I am." Ashanti replied rather hurriedly, noting the fact that he was about to leave due to his quickening voice.
