Life with Chickens.

Our family has been so much happier and joyful since we added our crew of 20 chickens. We have only had them since march, but we have loved and bonded with these chickens in a way I never thought. It's actually kind of funny considering I DID NOT WANT CHICKENS. haha! Glad my husband convinced me to get them.

i loved your comment. i watch mine for long periods of time too. they are my chicky babies and i love when they run to me. makes me feel special. lol.

I love my chicken dickens! This was the first time this pullet had ever been outside. She was a bit clingy at first but managed to follow her sisters after a few minutes of assuring her the sun was supposed to shine and dirt was supposed to be under her feet.

My neigbhors laugh at me while I sit out and watch my chickens. It's no different then watching a fish tank....I find it very relaxing!
