That picture looks like a Light Brahma with a pea comb, like all the other Light Brahmas on the page at Cackle Hatchery.

OP's chick is colored a bit like a Light Brahma, but is probably a Cochin mix, based on comb type and foot color.

By any chance are you located in an area that doesn't use corn as a cereal grain in their chicken food? I wonder if they are genetically yellow-legged but lack pigmentation from their diet...
