how can i set up a 12v light in my coop. i dont wanna use electric from my house. i got plently of 12v battery and chargers

You can certainly power a 12VDC light from 12V batteries. The problem is that the batteries will run down and have to be recharged. You can rotate the batteries by using one until it runs down, and then replacing it with one that has been on the charger. The problem is that ordinary car batteries are not made for deep discharge and will be ruined in short order.

The best situation is when you use LEDs (which require less power) connected to a battery which is connected to a solar panel for recharging. Google around and you can learn about solar charging systems.
