Light or speckled sussex, female or male?

I bought these two chickens as speckled sussex and got told that the chickens are sometimes white in colour. They are both 4 weeks old now and the white one is not developing any other colours than black and white. Has anyone experiences with that? Also I would like to know if they are pullets, cockerels or one of eachThanks

You have one light and one speckled Sussex. It's a bit young to tell sex yet. Post pictures at 6-10 weeks.

Agree... You have a light and a speckled. Speckled Sussex get whiter as they age, sometimes, but we're talking after they're a year or two old. And never pure white.

You have a Speckled Sussex and a Light Sussex! It is too early to be sure about the sex but in my opinion, the light sussex looks like a pullet and the dark looks like a cockerel.
