Light Sussex mix????

Hi there, I am wondering if anyone can tell me what breed my "Penny" is? I believe her to be light Sussex mix with ???... Got her from a farm that had many mixed breed hens.

I currently have her eggs fertilized with a Barred Rock roo, and curious to know what the chicks will look like. Eggs will be hatching July 9th

I can't see her comb, but she looks to have yellow legs in the pic? If so, that means a Rock, not a Sussex. Either way, this color hen with a pure barred Rock rooster is going to give you black barred chicks, some of them may have messy barring with more silver coming through.
