Just a couple of my birds at the 2014 Florida Sunshine Classic in Lake City Florida this past weekend.


The pullet was really excited. She doesn't normally carry her tail that high. They just turned 9 months old.

They look really nice. After quite sometime wanting LS, I finally got some chicks the otherday. They're about three weeks old and are starting to get some black feathers around the wings and neck.

Long slow roast - 250-350 for 4-5 hours ( just like dad cocks roast beef).

So you would raise them with the end view being a roaster instead of a broiler?
