I bought this hen? from a breeder about 6 weeks ago. It has been mounting my other hens so i am wondering if she's a he?

That is a rooster, you can see the pointed saddle(back) and hackle(neck) feathers coming in. If it was sold to you as a hen, I would ask the breeder if they will exchange it, unless you want to keep him that is
