Light Sussex

I have 4 isa browns, great laying girls and decided to add to our flock and I bought 5 light sussex chicks, they were 1 week old and the person I bought them from said they were too young to sex. They are now a month old and are just starting to get their proper feathers. Is there any way I can find out at their age whether they are hens or roosters? I am very new to keeping chickens but I love them

Where can I get some light sussexes. Ive been searching but the only ones I can find are in europe.
