Hi all, I have five Wellsummers that are not yet laying, one who did lay and now has quit. I also have a Marans who was laying and now has stopped. All are old enough and young enough to be laying. My question is ...how do you allprovide additonal lighting when there is no electricity in the coop? Has anyone tried the solar light options? Where you can get light, how many hours a day are good for laying?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Anne

I had used lighting in my coop last year as it was my girls first year, but I'm definitely not using it again, I want to give my girls a rest...just think about the spring when you'll have too many eggs!
