Lilly my Ameraucana that has never laid a egg....ideas

My ameraucana hen Lilly is 17 months old and has to this day never laid an egg. She is very healthy. Loves to come and sit in your lap and get petted. She has really never shown a interest or attempt in any way. She is also believes she is Princess and next in line for Queen of the hen yard.
I have a total of 10 hens.
Can anyone tell me why?

Perhaps she has a defect that prevents her from laying? Such as a narrow pelvis

What makes you so sure she isn't laying? With ten hens you must have varying egg counts from season to season , how do you know she's not laying amongst them?

I know which egg belongs to who visually. .And we have a camera set up on the coop and see who comes and goes. Lilly is never among them. I do not care that she doesn't lay. Just curious as to what could be the cause. Could she have been born with out the reproductive organs?

Well let's just hope she is a late bloomer. Internal laying is another possibility .

If she was laying internally, would I see any signs of this?

She shows no signs of being a rooster. And no crowing whatsoever.

Eventually she would look poorly and start to waddle . There would also be swelling around the abdomen. Perhaps she has a sneaky stash somewhere.
She looks healthy enough.

She definitely is not in poor health.She is very healthy and active. No hidden places. I have searched the yard and know every inch.
Could she be what I have heard called "asexual" which I believe is explained as not female not male.Is anyone familiar with this?
