Just noticed one of my girls was limping I’m not sure what to do please give your best advice.

I'd take a closer look at her toe.

This is what it’s looking like now. What do I need to do to help her

I'd soak it daily in either epsom salts or diluted Chlorhexidine.

Apply triple antibiotic ointment. It's in a hard place to wrap, so you may want to keep her on clean dry bedding.

Hopefully it will begin to heal fairly quickly.
