Limping chicken/missing feathers

How is her left leg now? Is it paralyzed? Are the toes curled? Green poops can be a sign that they are not eating. Did she have the Mareks vaccine?

She seems to be eating. It is not paralyzed she does limp on it and it isn't curled. She is resting in a darker place I don't want her limping around and hurting her leg more. She does drink water for sure. No vaccines that i know of but she may have had something before i bought her.

I am a bit concerned that she could have Mareks, and you may want to research it, or I can post some links tomorrow. Mareks can cause lameness, which may lead to paralysis in one or both legs or wings. One of the 4 types of mareks is cutaneous, and it can cause skin lesions or tumors on the skin. It can cause wasting and green diarrhea. If you want to worm her, use Valbazen or fenbendazole (SafeGuard Goat Wormer, Panacur.)

i did search mareks

Cutaneous form (skin form): Enlarged reddened feather follicles and white bumps on the skin that form brown crusty scabs.
Neural (nerve form): Progressive leg or wing paralysis - a typical leg-paralysis victim will have one leg extended forward and one leg extended back. A swelling of the sciatic nerve is the cause.. Other possible symptoms: Twisted neck, weight loss, labored breathing, eye lesions, vision impairment, diarrhea, starvation and death due to an inability to reach feed and water and to trampling by other chickens.
Visceral (internal-organ form), i.e. tumors on visceral organs,- such as heart, ovary, tests, muscles, lungs
Treatment: None. High mortality.
I have read up on this since you brought it up but she doesn't have any paralysis. She is not flopping around and is able to use both legs she just limps on the one. Her wings are not paralyzed at all either. Im not saying your wrong please don't take it that way. I am grateful for all the input and welcome all ideas.

Mareks is sometimes difficult to diagnose, and there are other causes of lameness such as injuries, bone deformities such as slipped tendon, mycoplasma synoviae (MS,) viral arthritis, and others. Here are some very good links on Mareks and MS, and the first one lists many diseases that can look like Mareks:
