One of my chickens suddenly started limping. He/she is 10 weeks old. I checked for bumblefoot. No mites either. I looked for obvious injuries but didn't see any. Except when I was holding her/him (not sure yet) it seems like the leg that is favored was kinda limp at the joint/elbow area. Not sure what that is called. The strong leg is stiffer and doesn't seem as loose when the legs are just hanging down when holding her. How do I check for a sprained leg or tendon? Any recommendations on what to do?

Welcome to BYC.
I've dealt with these types of injuries, see post #4 in this link. The treatment is the same for young birds as it is for older birds.
