limping hen

My 1 yr old rose breasted hen suddenly had a bad limp and is digging at bottom of left foot. as you know its very hard to hold a turkey that does not wish to be held.
had 2 friends help but even with magnifier could see nothing wrong. am sending 2 pics one of affected left ft and 1 of rt foot. she is allowed to free range over 2
acres top is rt foot bottom is lft fott the affedted one please help

I had a hen with a limp a while back. Couldn’t find a single thin wrong with her foot - no cuts, no swelling (maybe a tiny bit of heat in the lower leg/foot), not bumble foot and nothing wrong with her upper leg/thigh. I think she just sprained it a little (and I’m convinced she dragged the limping on for attention ). She is totally fine now. Hopefully your girl just strained something and she’ll be back to normal soon.

Also look between the toes, there's a gland that can get plugged. Soaking in warm epsom salt water might help.
