Limping/mycoplasma/overweight hen

My flock has mycoplasma. I have Tylosin but when added to the water they absolutely will not drink it. If I were to add it to some mash, how much should I administer? (Flock of 6) And how often?

Secondly, my biggest hen is limping. I've read it could be from mycoplasma. I intend to watch the limp for now but hoped to treat potential mycoplasma, in case it's the cause. HOWEVER, that hen is also overweight. I don't feed many treats at all and when I do, they're fresh veggies or mash. However, she is gaining a little each month. She free ranges several hours a day.

Any advice on how to help a hen lose weight?

Try adding fruit juice or sugar to the water. Dip a couple of the beaks in it to show them it's sweet.
