Limping.. not sure best approach

Okay so I compared both her feet today - no warmth, but the one is visibly swollen, pics to show the difference. I'm going to put the salve on that area today, maybe something is stuck in it. She had an epsom salt bath this morning and is in her coop with one other duck. Thursday I get the epsom salt product that was suggested and I will put that on. Also going to spray vetarycn on the foot that is not swollen - i see one small dark spot, maybe I can knock that out.

Do you think this IS bumblefoot? I guess I just want to make sure i'm not treating something that won't go away. I don't see a scab to remove hence why i'm unsure.
