Limping pullet

I've only bought this rhode island red pulley a week ago and I noticed she was limping but as the week went on her limping got worse. I've looked at her foot and there's no swelling or anything! It looks perfect! Does anyone know what's wrong with her and what should I do?

Oh ok... Well she is a rhode island red pullet, maybe about 9 months old, and she weighs about 3-4 pounds She's eating normal- mixed corn and layers pellets. But now I noticed today that when she is walking, her middle toe, at the top is like it won't straighten out it's just kinda bent! And she's always hunched over now
