Welcome to BYC. I'm sorry about your rooster. Even though he has been raised with his brother, integrating back into the flock may be hard. If at all possible, set his cage up inside the coop or run, so that he is still part of the flock.
Can you feel a broken bone? Hopefully it is only a sprain.

Given that there is a second rooster in the flock, I would reintroduce him as soon as is possible and closely monitor. If he has been dominant, the subordinate may decide to challenge him for flock control.
