hm. well I tried it and theres the light click again but no lights and nothing moves. I actually ordered a replacement clock in case that was the problem, so I hooked that one up and it does the same thing.

Is your clock putting out 12v?

Well, we know your relay works. Your clock is not energizing the relay coil. 7 and 8.

Or borrow a multimeter to test for 12v out of the clock.
