Linoleum on floor of coop

I have a TS coop with attached run. I'm going to turn it into just a coop to enlarge it. Since it is a dirt floor run i want to put a coop floor in now. My pan is to put down pallets, cover those with a plywood and cover that with linoleum (or vinyl, whatever it is) . Then we'll lift the coop and set it on the linoleum. That's the plan. I hope it works.
