I am so sorry to hear that. I just used it a few different times when they got hurt as I use it allot for bandages and broken skin and it works good, so when my little guy tore his head open I thought he was a gonner, but I thought I would try it anyways, and it worked amazing, so I wanted to share it for anyone else who might need an answer if one of their birds gets hurt. I used it twice on small spots, but this was the first time I tried it for such a hugh area, that was bleeding and so open. The tear was down the side of his face almost to his eye. The picture is of him just after I put the liquid skin on and it stopped the bleeding. I was going to get on and ask if anyone had any ideas how to fix his head, but before I could, my button seemed okay, so I waited, and amazingly it healed itself in a very short time. So I hope it can help someone else if something happens. It is very inexpensive, and would also probably work on most any other kind of animal.
