Listless chicken....advise?

She was listless yesterday with runny poop so I moved her away from the others (kept her inside last night) got her some atibiotics (Duramycin) for her water, and she drank some yesterday, she would also eat a little if I held scratch in my hand. Today she just sits with her eyes closed, won't eat or drink or even stand up..... ideas?

Oh, and I should mention that I checked her all over for injuries & found none, and her crop feels normal.

When was she last wormed?
When was her last egg?
Can you feel an egg in her?
Has she lost weight - can you feel her keel bone in the middle of her chest?

Poly vi sol a childrens liquid vitamin is good to put a few drops down her beak. Canned warm dog food is easier to put directly in her beak to try and get her to eat something......
