Listless Hen!

Yesterday I went up to care for my chickens (like usual) and noticed one of my leghorn hens acting really sluggish. I scooped her up which was really odd for her because shes a very skittish girl. I grabbed a dog crate and gave her some water with ACV which she did drink but only took a few sips of. Today she is much worse however she is still prettt alert. I have no idea but it doesn't look like shes going to pull through. Her poop was kind of awkward, it was a little bit runny. She is estimated 2 years old I can't tell our leghorns appart anymore but she could also be closer to 3 years old. I dont think shes egg bound and yesterday she was willing to eat. Any thoughts?

Why don't you think she's egg bound? Did you check for an egg?
Can you check her crop and feel if it is hard, soft, squishy?

Any respiratory symptoms? Or signs of parasites m? If not it could be a digestive problem, I. E. Crop issues.

How is your hen acting now? Is she able to stand and walk around. Is she eating or drinking? I would get some Poultry Cell or NutriDrench and give a couple of drops orally. Try to get her drinking. What does her crop feel like—empty, full, firm, or puffy? Can you insert a finger into her vent about 2 inches to check for an egg?

She's now drinking on her own, her eyes and breathing are very clear however she's very weak. I did give her a warm bath and felt around her abdomen for an egg and I don't believe she's egg bound. It could be a crop issue since I only have her a tiny pit of pellets and some peices of cat food for protein yesterday which she did in fact eat however her crop is still full from it and it's kind of firm but it's also moldable, I'm not very good at identifying crop issues but she seems more active than she did a couple hours ago. EDIT: She's drinking lots now actually

I would massage the crop several times a day, and really encourage the fluids. In the morning, check her crop again to see if it has gone down some. If not remove her food, and keep masssaging the crop. If you have some coconut oil put some in the freezer, and give her a small chip of it a couple of times daily. Electrolytes with vitamins in the water would be good. Is she pooping okay? Here is some reading about crop problems:

Thank you so much! I'll freeze some coconut oil right now and I have some electrolytes in my med kit that I'll give her, however I have't actually seen her poop for awhile now.
