Little 3 wk old chick dying PLEASE help

I read gasping can be caused by gape worm and also by heart problems. I'm not sure what you have available over there that might treat gape worms, but if you can find something, you might want to try it. The heart problems were related to too much weight.
A few days ago, one of my 8 week old chicks started to gasp for air. It was actually more like labored breathing. I separated her and then just a little while later, she had a piece of fuzz hanging from her beak. It was wrapped around her tongue and I had to cut the fuzz to get it out. She was fine after that. Have you looked in its mouth to see if there might be something blocking its airway?
I hope your chick will be alright!

Yes he is around 4weeks old , I will try to put a 40 watt lamp . Is that enough? I don't know of any place that sells meds for treating worms in my area.i hope it's not gapeworm ... Anyway thank you guys for all the help and advice.... I will try everything ,I will change the lamp , I will check his throat more often . I hope he will be ok. He isnt eating anything at all now although I gave him mushy food and sugar water...I'm trying my best to keep him fine without the help of any meds.
Lebanon is a very small country and we don't have zip codes over here.

Update: he is eating and drinking just fine now , and hes active and everything looks fine, exept for he slightly gasps and opens his mouth from time to time after eating. And for some reason the food gets stuck inside his beack and on the top of the inside of his beak. So i make him drink some water and he will just swallow it. Should i be worried?

This is really wierd, one day he is fine and eating better, and the other he is not eating anything and is a little weak. When i came back home today i opened his beak and saw a ton of food basically blocking everything! I removed all the food stuck and made him drink water. He is extremely thin and isnt eating . What should i do?!

It's amazing he is hanging in there! Maybe it is diet related. I feed my chicks chick starter and that has the balanced nutrition they need. If you can't get starter food, maybe you need to vary its diet. Chickens needs fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, meat, etc. Pretty much the same things we eat. Just eating corn is not good. Also, a chick needs grit in order to digest.
