Little chick under a mom isnt doing to well......

Today the last little chick hatched today, and is not doing well. It crawls out from its mom and doesnt go back under, and it also in a form crawl and doesnt walk. Should I put electrolote (I dont know how to spell!) in its water? What else can I do???

Can you put mom/babies somewhere with a heatlamp, so that when the one that won't go back under comes out, it won't freeze?

Something wrong with it's legs?
