Little coughing and a tiny bit of nasal discharge

Right now, I can't make it to the feed store. So I hav ebeen mixing Apple Cider Vinegar with the water for them. It seems to help a tad. I have made sure that there cage is very clean and dust free. They are getting corn to help with the energy and garlic powder mixed with the feed which boosts the immune system if I am correct. I really don't like using unnatural things unless I have to. All my birds are on organic feeds. So I am trying to use certain herbs and stuff to help them through this, it might just have to take its toll.

I totally agree with that, using meds are also my last resort, garlic is very good for them, and the ACV is wonderful. I make sure to give mine probiotics , you can get the powder or feed them yogurt which they love but it does get messy

....... You could even mix some yogurt with their feed and let it all turn to a mush and they love that too.. Do a google search for herbal remedies for poultry and you will find a site ( sorry I have no clue which one anymore since I printed the info out) that has herbs and how to use them and what they do for your birds..I am an herbalist and treat my family and pets as naturally as possible..

Unfortunetly they were killed.... A racoon killed them and a RIR hen that wasnt sick. I was very upset. Just glad it didnt get my Cochins. They are from Bo Garret lines.
