Little Foot needs help!

Help! This is Little Foot.. He was the runt of the litter of Miller Fleur's I bought. We got him for free because he seemed to be having trouble walking on his left foot. I had originally thought it was just club foot, because his toe was curled under, but now he has developed some sort of cyst (corn, growth?!?) around his leg joint. I know the pictures are not clear, but I really don't want to cull him. He is the sweetest chick, always want's to be held, and is just so personable! He is the tiniest, but he has the best personality! Can anyone give me some advice as to what to do? His left leg is the size of a knitting needle and his right leg is normal size. He is only about a week and a half old. He still has a lot of energy, but as he grows older, he seems to be tiring from carrying his lame
